Doing much better now. I am finding certain foods I had banned because of MSG I can now eat, this is good and bad. I have gained some of the weight back that I lost. Its 5 lbs and that is not horrible but I do not want it to continue!! I find I am slipping back into my old terrible habit of constantly munching on food, I am going to the grocery store either today or tomorrow and stock up on fruit and veggies and need to get my chia seeds. I read about a fiber that will help you keep full I need this!! Butterbur still is helping and I do believe when I remember to use it progesterone cream really helps mainly with sleep for me. I was supposed to have botox next week and I canceled the appt. the higher dose made me not be able to think at all for the next 24 hours after the injections and i really disliked the way that dr. did the injections. If I need it again I will get it here even though the dose is not as high I like the dr. here. I know that once you have migraines at least with me I seem to find a trigger avoid it or find a treatment and it works great for awhile but then it always seems to find a new path, a new trigger the meds dont work at all. So for now I am enjoying the benefits of butterbur and ginger and the bonus of more energy less headaches I know it can be temporary. I will make the most of it for now!
