I read another migraine blog and it was like an aha moment for me. It talked about neck stiffness and pain as a warning you are getting a migraine and I was like oH YEA I get this. It described how you get such stiffness and can not get comfortable in your neck and the stiffness soreness its on the side that you will get the migraine! Yup that was me today woke up with my neck very sore and mhmm same side terrible horrible migraine. SInce I have been taking butterbur I notice that they are easier to get rid of and i dont seem to have as much of the light and sound sensitivity yes its still there but not as intense as before. The biggest issue right now for me is that I get extreme muscle weakness i have a very hard time exercising after and attack and sometimes for a day before. This is hard because i have gained some of the weight i lost back and its hard to work on this with the migraine food cravings and the weakness. I have had to nap almost every single day after work. It's very aggravating because I dont get as many work outs in and my house is not what I want it to be. the other thing is that when I have an attack I get so weak and just dont truly give a crap about much so therefore something falls on the floor it can stay there I just do not care its terrible.
