Have to say I am so happy how good i have been feeling!!! I feel like one i say it out loud I am going to curse myself but I know its all the things I am doing and the better I feel the more i want to not eat the stuff that makes me feel like crap. I discovered a makeup foundation that I can use that I like as well that has no parabens and no MSG in it its netrogena also Almay looks good too both are around $12-$15 much cheaper than the $30 at Ulta though I am sure I would like the kind at Ulta much better it is just not in my budget right now. Though I have had headaches they are dull and annoying they are from my neck BUT this is the difference they don't make me tired spaced out and generally suck my energy like before. They are just an inconvenience and this I can live with. The muscles in my neck get terribly tight my husband gave me a really good neck massage and it did help so much I need to get ahold of my massage therapist I try to get one about every other month or so again its a matter of cost. Peppermint oil helps a great deal i can put it on my neck before bed or even before work and it will make the pain go away for a little while. I really need to do yoga I have tried this before and it has helped finding the time or MAKING the time will help also meditating helps but I do not do this often enough.
So its back to the food I am making most things my self processed foods are not an option any more. Gosh when you look at a list of all the ingredients on so may foods holy chemicals! Msg aside I don't know if any of those other things are bothering me and what the heck they are! So my husband will kill me for saying this but he has gotten scarry overweight in my opinion so we are trying to eat healthy so since we own a grocery store you would think it would be easy but its not because we are in an area that people want high fat high calorie foods and this is what I sell. He eats a banana for breakfast and this is good but he gets tired of it so today I made a healthy muffin to take to work for us her is the recipie...
1/2 cup butter 1 1/2 sugar 1 egg 3 egg whites 4 cups flour 1 cup oatmeal 1 1/2t baking powder, salt 2 tsp cinn. 2 cups apple cider 2 cups chopped apples
set oven at 375 cream butter and sugar add eggs and cream thoroughly sift dry ingredients add apple cider stir in apples and oats bake for about 15 min
