Over the holidays I had a week long migraine I find that for the most part am getting rid of them faster however the sound and light sensitivity this time was off the charts. Hormones and weird weather patterns have much to do this i think. Yesterday I went to the movies, they gave me a free popcorn so i tried it, yea movie theater popcorn is a true trigger for me, must be full of MSG. I ate 1/4 of the bag and instant headache i didnt eat any more and it went away. I guess i needed to remind myself that it is something I just can never eat. I saw an add in redbook today about different organic foods, Amy's soup was in there my favorite, tomato bisque it suggested that you can mix it with sour cream and put over chicken I will try this. I am back to eating healthier and I think that this will make a certain impact on my headaches i also am exercising even more i am trying a PIYO class tomorrow (comb. of yoga and Pilates) . Stretching is a thing I need for sure. My knee is really bugging me and i hope this won't stop me from working out. Even if its something small i will do it every day and at least 3x a week a good hard work out. Taking today off from the hard workouts and resting my knee i am using a roller to stretch the muscles out in my thigh I hope this helps. I have a short 3 minute work out sheets and i will try these every day may help keep me fit and tone.
