I dare say I have done really well for the past month . In the past three weeks I went 21 days headache free! this week has been a little off but not too bad. I did have a migraine wake me up in the middle of the night Tuesday and I have had a few instances of feeling as if one is starting but over all not tooo bad. I have been working out 5 to 6 days a week and some days I even get two workouts in. still have not lost any weight but that is for another day. Last weekend I failed to do my lists for the week and though my house was not trashed it sure could have been better! I for sure made my lists for this week and hope to stay on track baring any bad days. Friday I used my treadmill at home and boy the first half hour seemed so hard but once I got going I ended up burning well over 500 calories, Yesterday I had a hard time falling asleep the night before and slept later than normal, I was hoping since my husband was working I could get 2 work outs in but got up to late for the cize class so I just went to PIYO. For once in a very long time it seemed so hard it seemed like I was going through mud. My neck was feeling some pressure too and I thought for sure I was going to get a migraine also because it was so hard my calorie burn was significantly lower. When i got home I debated taking a maxalt because my neck was really getting annoying but instead I sprayed magnesium oil on it and honestly forgot about it bothering me until later in the day. I found again at bed time it was starting in my neck again and sprayed more oil an I slept fine and no headache. This is remarkable for me. I find I still have some sleep issues some nights are better than others and I still have to take something most nights however it is not nearly as bad as it was and I am taking far fewer medications, That was my goal overall I worry about the effects of all these meds I take. So for now I am hoping these positive results continue
