I still had a bit of annoying head pressure all day today. I had a massage yesterday and when my neck gets so tight as it is sometimes after a massage I don't feel quite right for a day or so after the muscles have to recover. Though in the long run it really helps allot. I wish I could afford them weekly then they would really make more of a difference!! Anyways my massage therapist was thinking about how I had been doing so well for so long then started having migraines again a month ago. I know the stress I was under also contributed to this a great deal. However I have been under less stress yet they continue. She was saying that since I have lost a lot of weight and that fat stores a lot of toxins even after a detox you dont ever get rid of all your bodies toxins completely you seem to store them in a part of your intestines I forget the name she told me. and it gets slowly released through your system. This makes sense to me she also said that since I have not been eating all the chemicals and junk I may be especially sensitive to it getting released. This is very curios to me! She said that they recommend after a detox to eat chia seeds or something gelatinous to get those toxins out of your system. So I am trying to eat them in every meal today and drinking lots of water and exercising to sweat them out. Maybe taking the Flax seed I take too will help its an antioxidant. Its interesting to me because lately when I do get a migraine I am very thirsty and that is not the usual and perhaps its
