Since my last post I have eaten chia seeds often and been better about taking my flax vitamins. I think that the flax would help because it is also a gelatinous and a great antioxident so if I want to get all these toxins out of my system I guess it makes sense to use an antioxident. I also bought a detox tea from out local health food store. I like the Yogi brand teas they are all natural and taste good. The detox tea let me say this is not my favorite it does not taste too bad I add honey to sweeten it but it has an odd smell and then it has a strange after taste I was a dental assistant for http://blogs.cincysavers.com/the-many-amazing-uses-for-coconut-oil/years and it reminds me of a medicament we used in dental treatments!! BUT the first time I drank the tea I seemed to pee allot and this was good because I have been very bloated as I have said before I think hormones have allot to do with these headaches and my period is now 3 weeks over due thanks to Peri-menapause. There is a tea for hormone balance I have not tried that one I have a whole cupboard full of these teas so we shall see!! I have only had this tea twice as one evening I wanted chocolate and tried a cocoa tea didn't taste like chocolate at all!! Was good though. Last night I decided to beat that after taste by having the tea before bed was worried about getting up allot to pee but didn't I had it with a piece of cake I made for Sunday's dinner. You know since having any thing prepackaged is out and I don't want my family or me to feel deprived. I made peanut butter cake worried that peanut butter is a trigger I don't think it is. Again for me I think with tannins (nuts onions, citrus ect) as long as I have small amounts and not over do it. I made spanish rice for dinner and did not add onion since I had peanut butter cake I use grass fed orgainic beef. We have a friend that we get our beef from and have ordered another side of beef from him we are now looking for a local source of chicken we do not want all the crap that they feed to these animals in our food. I have also been reading about the benefits of coconut oil. I had bought some in November and then only used it once because I didn't know if I needed to refrigerate it you don't. But you do have to keep it out of direct light. So that bottle I am using for cosmetic benefits and got a fresh one for eating. I have been putting it in my hair every night my hair is very dry and nothing I have been using lately is working this does!! I use it on my cuticles and last night I took a bath and used it as a lotion my skin is very soft this morning. I read this morning that coconut oil may help take away migraines 1 tsp a day dr Oz says 2 tbs a day and it weight loss occurs. Its so good for you.
