Its been 4 weeks since I have had a migraine 4 weeks! Can you believe it! I feel like I need to knock on wood or something. I thought for sure I was getting one Monday I was so tired I got some dull pressure above my left eye where I always get them an almost headache is what I call them. I had yogurt for the fist time since September well sort of I have had frozen yogurt 2x and it was when I was in that bad streak so I was not sure if it was causing them or not. On Easter Sunday I had a few no no's I had yogurt I had fresh yeast baked cinnamon rolls. For a migraine person fresh is best except for yeast based things day old is better. I had deviled eggs that after I ate 2 realized I think had bacon in them! GAWD! Then yesterday I went to the movies with my son we then went to Bob Evans and again had fresh rolls I do not know if there rolls are fresh yeast or not but they do taste it and I had a turkey dinner with gravy I know it was wrong but just wanted it. I know it had MSG by the gas I had in the night. Here is what I think about myself IF I am in a good stress free place and my hormones are not too wigged out I may just may be able to have some of the migraine triggers as long as I do not go crazy. Now I know that i suffer from gas no matter what and I was at a store and I had to RUN for the bathroom and have not had to do that in a long time so there is a price to pay for that gravy I ate on that turkey. I did not eat allot of it and when I had the potatoes I ate the edges and tried to eat minimal gravy so i still tried to be careful. I will be easy and safe with my eating for the rest of the week and the other thing last night I had to take a tums I have not had to do that in a long time either. So eating the safe no MSG way is best. But I am learning that if I mess up on occasion its
